Inside Barreto: Welcoming Our Reps for Training

the boys

At Barreto Manufacturing, we believe the best way to learn and truly understand our equipment is to get behind the machines, see how they’re built, by putting them to work firsthand! That’s why we were excited to welcome several of our manufacturer representatives to our headquarters last month for some hands-on product training and a closer look at our manufacturing process.

We'd like to thank Jimmy Devitt, Billy Devitt, and Jason Dahdah of Devitt Associates; Greg Miller of G. Miller Equipment Sales; and Keith Johnson and John Koetch of Johnson Company for taking the time to visit us.

A Look Inside

The visit began with a tour of our manufacturing facilities, giving the group an up-close look at how Barreto equipment is built. Starting with raw steel, the process moved through welding, machining, powder coating, and final assembly into completed Barreto machinery. As a Built in the USA manufacturer we produce over 80% of our components in-house, ensuring precision and attention to detail behind every piece of equipment.

Seeing this process firsthand gave our reps a deeper understanding of what sets Barreto apart. By controlling the quality and consistency of the components used to build our machines, we can better manage lead times while producing equipment our customers can continue to depend on. The tour gave our representatives valuable insight into the craftsmanship and manufacturing processes that goes behind every Barreto machine.edited pics new-11

What Makes Barreto Different?

After the tour, Tim Phelps, our Director of Sales & Marketing, was able to spend some time with the reps leading product training and roundtable discussions to share more about what makes Barreto equipment stand out. We talked about our commitment to quality, innovation, and dependability. Our reps also had the opportunity to share feedback directly from the field with Tim, including customer questions, common equipment needs, and insights they hear while they are out working with customers.

Hands-On Equipment Experience

No trip to Barreto is complete without getting behind the controls! We wrapped up the day with equipment demos and hands-on test drives, giving our reps the chance to feel the power, responsiveness, and operator-friendly design of Barreto equipment for themselves. There is no better way to help the customers find the right machine for the job than to have been in the operator’s seat yourself!

Interested in an up-close experience of how Barreto equipment is made? We’d love to show you around! You can contact us at sales@barretomfg.com to learn more.

A big thank you again to everyone who joined us!
